- The apartment buildings can be of varying heights to create a skyline. They should not exceed Ground + 5 in height.
- Due consideration must be given for all drying laundry to remain out of sight from public view.

Each 2 Bedroom Unit should range from 600-850 ft2. Two Iterations are required. One small; one large.

Details of Masjid Complex
- For the masjid complexes, only basic spatial outline drawings are required. These should effectively describe their flow and synergy internally, as well as with the surrounding residences.
- Since the Masjid/JamaatKhana in Mohallah A will occasionally cater to large functions, and especially in Ramadan, adequate space for parking should be provided in the periphery. Because this parking space will not be used for most of the year, a solution needs to be innovated so that these spaces do not become underutilized eyesores. (One solution may be that the parking space be repurposed for other activities throughout the year etc.)

The following should be designed and distributed throughout the site in an intelligent manner with regard to aesthetics, convenience, maintenance, and utility:
